Marshview Apartments, a 48-unit ground-up multifamily development located in Sheboygan Falls, WI. This project is scheduled to break ground in summer of 2025 and represents Brew City’s first new construction development.

While this project is different in structure and length than our typical value-add deals, it offers many of the same key benefits. Here are a few highlights.

  • Provided by the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation, distributed to Brew City over 10 years.

  • Large 2-bed, 2-bath units ranging from 1,230–1,300 sq ft with in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, private entries, attached garages, and patios/balconies.
